on a lighter note, it's kinda fun knowing that you resolved your customer's issue/s especially if it's somewhat complicated. then you'd end the call with that smile on your face and with a satisfied customer who's also happy for the outcome of the troubleshooting steps that you did.
a lot of avail time the past few days. doesn't seem to look good. but, don't wanna make myself worry about its indications or what not. no, not at this time. too early to tell though. just need to motivate myself more in order to hit that bullseye.
