sometimes, dealing with too much exhaustion from work pays off... got a commendation a while ago from a certain customer... though my AHT went really bad 'coz the call flow took almost 30mins., the lady that i've spoken with really caught me -- emotionally..
indeed, she's a talker and she have shared with me what she's been going through recently... and it's really heart melting... i do hope she'll recover from the illness and all that post operation results.
i'm looking forward for the time that i can speak with her again..
to you ms. pam, thank you for appreciating my efforts and assistance.. i'll pray for your soonest recuperation..
